1:ORDERS

Orders typically ship within 3-5 days of purchase. Most items are made to order and require time to create, however some items may be in stock and can be shipped the next business day. We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can.  Shipments can take anywhere from 3-14 days from the date of shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or we shipped the incorrect item; please contact us immediately at 512-520-7838. In the case of damage, it is important that all packaging be saved so the shipping service can determine how the damage occurred.

2:RETURNS

We accept returns for a full refund 14 days from the date you received your purchase. Returns requested after the 14 day window, will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

 

Please note that all sales are final when a custom monogram or logo is applied. We offer a 365 day guarantee on items against defects, and will replace any defective item with the same item for no cost. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Promotional items are not returnable.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

For health and safety reasons, pierced earrings are not returnable or exchangeable. Purchased items that are later offered at a discount may not be returned and re-purchased at the lower price.
